What position do you sleep most often? It turns out that this is a very important question. Getting enough sleep is the most important thing - but you know that the way you sleep can also affect your health?


Sleeping on your back, arms at your side, is generally considered the best position to sleep on the health of the spine, and that's good for the neck, too, as long as you do not use too many pillows. However, as a rule back sleepers snore more than in any other position, and sleep apnea is strongly associated with sleep on their backs.
